No significant blogging from me today; I’m too busy snuggling Kirsty on the sofa and watching movies and eating trashy food and being awesome.
It’s not a hugely important day, but the faff surrounding it all means that I can’t help but be especially aware and grateful for just how wonderful things are for me right now. I still fully support efforts to Occupy Valentine’s Day, and I cannot endorse Captain Awkward’s take on things strongly enough.
But whatever’s happening – however much you’re avoiding all that commercialised artificial romance crap, or however deeply you’re buying into it – I hope you love someone, in some way. If not, you should really consider giving it a try. I can personally vouch for it being quite special.
